I'm loyal to them only because they earned it with me, not because i bought my bikes from them. My loyalty lasts as long as the excellent service and care that i get. Loyalty can be an easy come easy go deal when it comes to material things.

I'm loyal to my local dealer in regards to the Sales& Service Depts....Without a single exception, I've been treated fairly and with respect..... I have a good relationship with my Service Writer and my Salesman.....More than once they've gone out of their way to help me....Partsare another thing....This dealer chooses not to compete with internet sales or even another local dealer that offers a modest 10%discount to HOG Members.....If I'm spending significant dollars I go with Zanotti's......
I have never heard of Zanottis before, does anyone have a link to their site?
Thanks, I'll check it out. Its not too far from my house!
Here you go.... http://www.zanottimotor.com/

Bought my last 3 bikes from the same local dealer. He EARNED my business by treating me fairly and friendly. I don't expect to get my a$$ yodeled every time I go in there, but they have always been straight shooters and have also shown me respect by treating my family very well also.

Traded the past two years with Frasier's in Buford, GA, and other than a service manager that is sometimes a jerk, I have had good service and attention from the tech's when the bike needed it,

Funny thing, Zanottis is the closest dealer to my home and I dont buy anything there. Been there a few times and they should probably stick to online sales. The store I shop at earned my business and loyalty and I will continue to shop there, as long as they continue to make me feel appreciated, and do a good job.

Dealer loyalty is a two way street. I supported my stealer until I was royally screwed by [lack of] service dept/manager. While the places to buy a new scoot may be limited, parts and service will never be done there again.

I buy all my parts at the local dealer....I work there in the parts dept. As for service, no one but me touches my bike unless it is something that I cannot do. I did not buy the bike from them, but I did not work there when I bought the bike. If the times comes that I were to get another bike, I do not know where I would buy it....probably wherever I got the best deal on the bike that I was looking for.
