When I purchased the CVO TBW, I did not come with a wiring diagram for which color wires go to which pin housing. Bike started right up and now I have no throttle. This is what I have:


Main color wire is first and tracer is second
Main bike harness that TBW Connects To:
Pin 1: Black and gray
Pin 2: Purple and yellow
Pin 3: Red and white
Pin 4: Black and White
Pin 5: Green
Pin 6: Gray and Orange


TBW Sensor;
Yellow Tube:
Red, Black and White
Black Tube:
Red, Black and White


Can somebody please tell which wires go to which wires???

What are you trying to do? Bar swap? Why did you purchase CVO TBW? I have done a bar swap and also changed out my TBW so I'm a little familiar.

 

Ok, So I now have the bike running and great throttle respone. For anybody else that maybe in my shoes and for when I possibly help my buddy down the road do his bars this is the wire hookup.


Colors after the "-->" are the color wires from the main wire harness that the TBW connector gets connected to.


TBW Plug (6 pin holes):
Pins 1-3 you use the YELLOW shrink wrapped wires
Pin 1: Black -->Gray White
Pin 2: White-->Purple Yellow
Pin 3: Red---->Red White


Pins 4-6 you use the BLACK shrink wrapped wires
Pin 4: Black-->Gray White
Pin 5: White-->Green
Pin 6: Red---->Gray Orange


These are wires on a 2013 FLHX. I imagine they are the same for most bikes of its series.
