Heated HD Grips?
#11
We have heated grips on some BMW motorcycles and they work very well. When we inquired about the H-D grips, our dealer stated that if we absolutely insisted, they would sell them to us, but the failure rate was so high with this product that they really didn't want a bunch of ticked-off customers.
We have used Gerbing heated gloves for some years and find them to be the best solution for the coldest weather. If you elect to purchase the heated gloves, be sure to get the adjustable controller, as the unregulated gloves will become so hot they can burn your hands.

I've never ridden with heated grips, but I do have a pair of Gerbings gloves (it does get a little bit chilly here in Ohio for a few months out of the year). Once you remember to plug in once you mount up, they work really well. Highly recommended!
