Although it's not touring specific the vest is brand new. Wife bought me this on a whim (thought that counts) but it does not fit me. Its thick leather with no collar, great style. Has two breast pockets, two outer hand pockets, and two inside pockets. One inside pockets is heavy lined and called a "gun pocket" with a lanyard attached with a clip on the end (to secure content).

The Size is 58 but not sure how accurate that is. it's too big for me and I am 5'11" and 240 LBS. Hopefully someone else can use it and benefit from the sizing error. The vest is very well made double stitched. Still has tag attached.
