No pin holes or patch marks. No other blemishes.

Nah, it fit great. It fits a little loose over a shirt, but just right over a shirt and long sleeve. Not so loose that it was hanging off me, or that it swallowed me, so I don't think it'd would fit you if you wear an XL Tshirt
