Have you used this to load your SG? I used similar ramps for sport bikes and dirt bikes, but dont see it easy to load a big bike. I've considered getting a ramp instead of having to tow a trailer but I just dont seem ramp loading being a 1-man job with a touring bike.
I loaded the NightRod into two previous pickups I had owned with this ramp and I used a folding step I kept behind the seat. I would power the NightRod up the ramp, step onto the step then step onto the gate all very, very carefully. The Lightning was quite a bit lower stock than other 1/2-tons and the other truck I had was a Silverado with a 2" leveling kit.
The NightRod was not a light bike, but the mass was pretty much centrally located over the wheels ... there was little side to side movement. The S'Glide is way different with alot of mass off the centerline .... I honestly wouldn't even try it with my S'Glide if I still owned a pickup.
