I can either leave the patches on, or take them off, that's up to the buyer. The only thing that doesn't come with it is the Harley pin on the pocket flap (will leave two small pin size holes when removed). If you look at the pictures that are posted you can see the holes from pins and patches that were removed earlier. As you'll notice they're not that noticeable.
