If you were 2 inches taller, and 30lbs heavier, would it still be a "comfortable" fit? Or snug.

I don't think the 2" taller would matter, but I believe it would be a little snug with the extra 30 pounds. That said, it depends where you carry the additional weight. If you carry it in the arms and chest, the jacket would work for you; if in the belly, not so much. However, both the jacket and vest have adjustable laced sides.
