I've gotten a little thick in the middle and needed to go up to a 3XL. I've heard various fitment replies but "I" think this jacket runs WAY small.

This is a 2XL in GREAT shape.

Just how thick is yer middle?? My chest is 48 and my middle is 42.

Not quite as thick as yours. My chest is probably a 46 and my middle 40. You probably need a XXXL as well although you could S Q U E E Z E into this if you wanted it REALLY snug.
