Went to the UPS store today:

Kaiser 343: They quoted $15 with insurance.

Zyban: They said at least $250 without any customs charges and that it is difficult to do. Sorry but it sounds like a major hassle.

 

according to the fox creek site the vest will not fit me. unfortunately because that is a great buy
