Brand? Is the flag 'factory' or something you had sewn on? Can't tell in the pic? Any pinholes or other holes in the material?

No pin holes in the flag or the Vest, it is a solid vest, VERY CLEAN..

Make up of the Flag: all leather, and the red stipes are suede..

2 pockets on the outside 1 on the inside left.
