I see the waist is elastic, but does it have a drawstring or anything to bring it in tighter than 51 - 56"?

 

No it does not have a drawstring. I have a 42 inch waist and honestly they are kinda of big on me. I have to pull them way up for them to stay put. If you walk around without the jacket on you look like a big doofus. While riding you dont notice to much.
