Wow, that is a beautiful property at a very reasonable price. I would like to get down that way some day soon. Always wanted to ride the Dragon and other roads in that part of the country.

We also plan on retiring to that area. We have been going there for years and fell in love with the people as well as the riding. I bought the cabin through a realtor after a ton of searching on the internet. It took us about a year to find the right place for us. Riteway as far as minimum stay I dont have an issue with how many days anyone stays there but if you are looking for property up there give yourself a few days and do a complete search of listings in the area cause there is a lot of them to look at so plan well before you go up there and it will save you a lot of time. Now all I have to do us cover the note. LOL

 

Nice place. Looks like alot of us will end up in the same area. My wife and I are looking for our retirement place in the same part of Tenn. The sooner the better.
