This is one I built with 12" wheels, bearings packed with high temp grease, frame and axle narrowed to 34" (plus wheels). All DOT lighting, tongue entended 30" for more stable pull. Located in Wichita Falls TX. No title, will need to be registered as a "home built" if your state allows it.
