I have a barely worn Spidi Metal Jacket size 50 (Euro Sizing, I’m 5’10” and weigh 190lbs and this fit with a little room for a light sweatshirt). The jacket has a zip out liner and is very soft. doing some checking, looks like this is a euro size (50) which compares to either a medium or large in US sizes. Hope this helps......I wear XL so it won't work for me.......thats why I checked.

Yep that’s a about right. I’m a medium/large in most things. I wear a 44 regular in US sizing. This had room for the liner and a light sweater or fleece.

 

I’m 6’1” 190 and wear 44 long so it should fit, but might be tight and a little short. What’s the length from the shoulder seam to the cuff along the outside of the sleeve?

 

No problem. From the shoulder seam down to the cuff is 26”.
