Both are in excellent condition. I only wore the helmet a few times (since I have about 100 of them). I decided that I don't need intercom communication.. All accessories and the box are included with the 20S Evo and it's in perfect working order. I don't have the original box for the helmet, but I have the helmet bag and manual. I had to replace one of the plastic retaining nuts that secure the visor because it split when I removed the visor the first time. Also, there is a scratch on the flip down screen on the left edge that is completely our of the field of view. Other than that, there is not a scratch on the helmet. It's the most comfortable helmet I've owned and comes with an Echo quick release connection. $235 shipped for both.
