Cylinder shaped Harley Luggage Rack Bag. Bought new in 2006. Has a lot of miles on it (used on all three of my bikes over the years) but is very good shape. All clips and straps function and no tears. Dimensions are 15 inches wide and diameter is 10 inches. Not sure if considered waterproof, but nothing has ever gotten wet inside it.
