By MODULAR, do you mean they have removable chin bars? It looks like a regular open face or 3/4 helmet.

IS-33 is not a modular helmet. It's a 3/4 helmet. Wit that said.......anybody looking for a 3/4 helmet, the IS-33 is awesome and this is a heck of a deal for one!
