XLT is usually spot on for me. I'm 6' 3" and wear a 48 long suit coat. In this situation I was looking for something a bit more snug in this initially fit. If you like to put a layer underneath it this would be the perfect size. The large tall is quite snug, but that's how I like my riging gear.
