That's not a replacement liner. The liner has the bungie loops. You'll find straps on the jacket wherever you find the bungie loops.

I think you're right about the liner not coming with it. I think it came with a waterproof liner.

 

There ís currently a waterproof 2xl liner on eBay for $50 you can have the leather jacket for $240 shipped and I will keep the slip in thermal liner, although the liner I have sells for $125 on the harley site and is water resistant
