Yes as others have said that frame is definitely aftermarket, or at the very least modified or repaired. The area up by the neck tube is gusseted on the HD frames. On that bike you can see right through where the backbone and the downtubes meet at the neck. If the vin is not an HD number that's the biggest indicator. Anyway it's a nice looking bike. Most FXR specific and or Evo parts should work.

That looks to be a Chopper Guys frame. The rectangular tube backbone and the angled out downtubes and rake look familiar. Swingarm is stock.
The couple of aftermarket FXR frames I've seen look weak necked and wonky compared to the factory frame. I would not consider that an HD no matter the title.
