The evolution of my FXR2

So cam.. I’m thinking at 30k miles I need to open it up and at a minimum replace the INA cam bearing, and while in there why not do a cam upgrade. Seems like the standard choice for an otherwise stock motor in a light bike is an EV27. I’ll do S&S lifters and pushrods as well.
I was planning on running the S&S metal breather gear/valve but I’ve read it’s better to leave the stock plastic one as if it flys apart it won’t spread metal. Is that logical?
Also, any cam recommendations other then the Andrew’s?

I'm doing mine this winter so I'm gather parts as well. I'll probably replace as much as I can for peace of mind. EV27 seems the "go to" cam, I'm leaning towards this choice as well. I hear/read Woods 6 is strongest but also hear it's noisy. I use to have the Sifton in my softail back in 89' and it hauled ***. S&S E, Dyna ignition, Thunderheader and Sifton 143 was the combo back in the day. Keep up posted, looks great

. I bought it to do oil changes in my E550 through the dipstick tube, but it has a great brake bleeding feature as well. Simple and fast.
