Default Question on tuners

I'm interested in putting fuel moto, commander or something similar on my 08 fatboy. My question is I live at 5,000 ft and will travel some 10k passes. Do these recalibrate for altitude on their own or would I need to reprogram it at certain altitudes?

I'm sorry for the newbie question but I'm quite interested in buying your package deal. ty

Hello, regardless of tuner your ECM will continue to compensate for changing conditions based on manifold pressure and ambient temp read by the MAP and IAT sensors which are used to determine air mass & fuel delivery requirements.
