Dynojet Power Vision vs PC-V

Dynojet Power Vision vs PC-V
I have a 2011 Ultra Classic with 4" Rinehart Slipons.
I am looking to put on a new air cleaner and a tuner.
It has been recommended that I choose the Dynojet Power Vision or possibly the PC-V.
I have a few questions...
What are the differences between them?
Which is the "newest" gadget of the two?
Which one (or both?) allow for future mods such as new cams?
Should I have the bike dyno tuned after installing the air cleaner or will one of these tuners make this unnecessary?
And most importantly, can this affect the factory warranty?
Thanks. I know the new guys can be frustrating with all the questions.

What are the differences between them? PV flashes the ECM, PC-V is a piggyback unit for the ECM

Which one (or both?) allow for future mods such as new cams? Both
Should I have the bike dyno tuned after installing the air cleaner or will one of these tuners make this unnecessary? A dyno tune is not 100% necessary after installing a tuning device. Others will disagree.
And most importantly, can this affect the factory warranty? It shouldn't, but your dealer may disagree.
