im looking to order the power commander v. im looking at the auto tune kit and im unsure if i should order that too, what are the benefits to having that as well, dont want to make things more complicated than i need to. but i want everything to run smoothly. any help would be appreciated

 

Maybe I can help a little. I have both now for over two years. Love the combination. Everytime I have a map in the PCV it runs real good. But the autotune starts to work some majic. This is mainly due to my riding habits and other issues. You can tell that the bike just starts running better and better with each tank of gas. Knowing what I know now I would get both! The Auto Tune works very well for fine tuning, especially when there is not an exact map for a certain setup. The AT allows you to set the AFR target in the map and the wideband sensors will monitor and maintain the tune very accurately in real time as you ride.

 

How much do the Auto Tunes run?
