Default Jackpot 2/1 head pipe Dyno Info POST ARCHIVE

From the original thread: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/touri...010-sg-rg.html

We have finished development on the Jackpot 2/1 replacement headpipe for 2010 Street Glide and Road Glide models. The stock 2/1 head pipe actually works fairly well on the stock bike but with its catalyst runs extremely hot and as temps increase the performance drops off signifigantly. Looking to improve on both performance and lowering temperatures we went ahead and developed a 2/1 replacement head pipe which is very similar to our popular Jackpot 2/1/2 for 2009/2010 Touring models. The Jackpot 2/1 is constructed from 304 aircraft grade stainless steel and features a large diameter true merge collector and retains the stock heat shields. The pipe also includes both 12mm and 18mm O2 sensor bungs to cover all OEM sensor and Wideband tuning options. The 2/1 head pipe works with the stock muffler as well as all aftermarket muffler for the SG/RG. Back to back dyno tests done on the same day, same bike etc.. shows an increase of +6Tq and +3Hp and there is a huge reduction in the heat dissapated by the exhaust system. There is also a distinct difference in exhaust note which is thoatier and a bit louder.

Hi Jamie...I've been looking to go to the 2-1 set-up. I like the idea of using 304 SS. Can this head pipe be made to work on an 08 SG? I know you're busy, so when you get a minute plz let me know.
Thanks, Eric from Detroit

Yes, this should bolt up to the 08 bike no problem. When we get finished up I will test fit one.
