Default Micro EFI tuner definition question...

Unless I'm not understanding the statement; I wasn't aware that "idle adjustments" were possible with the micro tuner.
The last sentence was copied directly from the ad page relating to the FM micro tuner. And would kindly appreciate it if it could be explained in a much more detailed order and how this feature can be programmed in? Thank you FM!

Individual Cylinder tuning with 250 RPM map resolution, up to 600 available tuning points including decel and idle

Fuel mixture adjustment is done in the appropriate cells in the fuel map which is based on RPM X Throttle position with +/- values. To adjust idle mixture you would go into the map and adjust the cells in the 0% throttle/750-1000-1250 RPM columns and make the necessary adjustments.
