Default Back break issues.

Not sure why my original post got moved or deleted but oh well. I've got a 99 fxst (softail standard) and my rear brake isn't working. I went to go bleed it last week and either I accidentally let the pedal up some with the bleeder open or something else is wrong. I replaced the hose behind the air cleaner, in front of the engine. It hooks up there and runs to the part under the rear pedal. I accidently pushed thru to much psi when I originally bled it and the hose was leaking at that connection. So after that I still got nothing. I drained the reservoir and hooked up my air hose to the bleeder and dialed the psi down to 8 lbs and nothing came through the reservoir, no air no fluid nothing. So they only thing left is the part under the pedal, correct?

When I try to vacuum the fluid down I can hear bubbles in that part under the rear pedal, not sure if that means anything besides a ton of air or is their a seal/oring of some sort I blew as well inside that. Sorry, I don't know the name of that part and sorry so long.. Thanks!
