Rotors are supposed to be directional, hence the designation on them. Is your wheel on backwards?

btw these are wire spoke 16 inch rims I have a 17 inch rim and tire off of a st glide and the rim size that's stamped into the rim is on the left side of the rim and the rim size that's stamped on my rear rim is also stamped on the left side . the front 16 wire rim size is stamped on the right side but the directional arrow of the new front tire is going in the correct direction
if that helps any

If I understand you correctly, it is quite possible they mounted your tire on the rim backwards which explains your situation. How to fix it? Remove the wheel and swap the rotors. Be sure and use a dab of Loc-Tite and torque them.

There should be an arrow on the sidewall of your tire somewhere that indicates the direction of travel.

yeah the tire is mounted in the right direction I made sure of that when I put the tire and rim back on the bike and the correct spacers are where they are sposed to be . so all I have to do is switch sides with the rotors ok easy thank you. it will not hurt any thing running the hub in reverse from the way it rotated before ? in any case ty guys
