Default '98 Tour Pack mounting bracket fix

My '98 FLHTC tour mount bracket nuts stripped out and now spin freely inside the chrome tube. This is a 3 bolt system. I know they improved them to 5 bolts in the later years. Anyone heard of a re-call or cheap fix?
Thanks, BillMichaels

Default RE: '98 Tour Pack mounting bracket fix

Stopped by the stealer today. No recall. $115 for a new bracket. I guess it was improved cause the part number has an "A" after it. I think I'll drill thru the old one and use longer bolts.
