Default Progressive 412 Help

OK, totally bogus question here... but I need to clarify something.

Picked up a set of "slightly used" Standard 11.5" Progressive 412's for my Sportster.

Got them on, and when I sat on the bike I couldn't believe how loud they sounded when I bounced the suspension.

It's a really "squishy-squishy-squishy" noise... Where as the stock shocks didn't make any noise.

I know these are gas charged, but it just seems kinda odd to me.

Just want to make sure everything's normal and I haven't lost my marbles.

Never know if all the fluid pissed out or something.

They're set on the lowest pre-load setting so it makes the noise more audible in the video. (the clicking noise was the oil filler cap popping out)

Can anyone confirm if this sounds normal?

Here's a link to a video of them:

My new ones do the same thing. I have not been able to ride on them yet, I was assuming the noise would go away after some miles. I do notice a similar noise if I jump up and down only car's rear bumper...
