Default Making spoke wheels

Thinking I want spoke wheels on the Sporty and saw some good looking rims, but you (or a shop) have to build them. Not afraid of anything, but thought I'd ask if anyone has built wheels themselves? Thanks. Dave

Default RE: Making spoke wheels

If making you mean lacing them, then yes it's not hard. Trueing them is the tough part. Lacing a 40 spoke is not hard just remember to do them in steps, once you find the start point the next spoke is the 4th hole away and start with the inner spoke set for that side then do the outer set going the other way.
