Default Cut down windshield

My windshield on my ultra is too high, I was wondering what the best way was to cut the windshield down a couple of inches. Thanx in advance.

Here's an older post on the subject:https://www.hdforums.com/m_31618/mpa...d/tm.htm#31811
I think there's an article in the DIY section.

Good luck it's not that hard of job, you just have to be very careful.

I understand how you feel. I didn't like lookin through plastic myself. I had a glass shop cut down my windshield on my softail, but on my Ultra I replaced it with a 6" smoked shield I really like it. It cost about $100.00 but still have the stocker if I want to go back to it.
