Default Air Pressure 2005 Stock Road King Custom

Anyone know whatthe tire air pressure is for a stock '05 RKC? Not in the owners manual.

36 PSI front and rear. 40 in the rear with passenger

Mixed is right. Not in owners manual, wrong. You just didn't see it.

it should say on the tire. i would look there first.

The psi on the side of any tire is the MAX PSi Cold for Max Load / 900 + kg,s. Will give you bad feedback. When i raced to get Max traction i would check with the Truck Tire Rep , say 32 / 32 , recheck after several laps , look for a 3 to 4 psi increase and think on how the tires felt, esp in the faster parts of the track ie highest loads. My 0.02.
im running my 05 RK 36 psi F/R on Dunlops. Getting MC 2,s next . Will update ....

Not so, those numbers are not necessarily the same as the H-D recommended ones.
