Wheel rotates hard
Just rebuilt the forks and put Lyndall pads on.
Cleaned the calipers and got the pistons backed down flush.
Right caliper slid right in, left caliper real tight fit.
With calipers off wheel spins freely.
With calipers on wheel will turn with effort but wont spin.
Before I take the wheel back off thinking maybe I switched the spacers around, which I marked L and R, was wondering if anybody had other ideas.
The rotors appear to be straight.
Thanks for any reply's

One possibility is the pistons in the caliper on the tight side are not actually retracting fully. Have you bled the brakes? If not there may be too much fluid in the system. Take the cap of the reservoir off WITH GREAT CARE! If the system is pressurised it may squirt in all directions.
On second thoughts, remove the wheel, or that caliper (whichever is easiest) and lightly operate the brake, so the pistons advance a little. Then take the cap off. If the reservoir is full, take a little out, then refit caliper/wheel and try again.

I took the wheel off again today and switched the spacers around. That improved it a little.
One spacer is slightly longer than the other, I put the longer one on the left side. Of course the repair and part's manual don't say which one to which side.
I'm going to be changing the brake fluid within the next week or so.
