i am really thinking of going with the Ohlin's 6 vs the 3's for my 2011 SG. Spoke to Howard... tyring to put aside the extra $... can anyone with the 6's please post photos of the external resovoir and how you installed it.. i have seen a photo on the forum installed on the tourpak mount, but i dont have a tourpak.. are there any clearance issues with the external resovoir on the 6's ? can it break off and get lodged into the rear tire while riding ? or should i go with the 3's for half the price ?

btw - buy your ohlins from Howard, great price and support as per HDforum.. hope ure doing better H...

 

Fellow customer of Howard's here! You'd be better off calling in the Touring section. KingKingKing has #6s and has posted pics of his. Howard also has pics on his website and I am sure he can advise on the various ways of mounting the reservoirs. I cannot imagine that they are going to give you any problems.
