Default Lowered bike?

I just purchased a 2007 Electra Glide. I found that the shocks on it are 11.5". I want to go back to the original length. Is there any way to tell if the front end was lowered also? Thanks for any help.

The easiest way would be to go to the local bike hangout and measure another one, from fairing or the blinker mounting bar down to the front fender. The sure fire way to tell is take the front shocks apart. I would roll with the first one

If the front is stock height, the rear will be 1.5" lower, which may be pretty obvious whan standing back from your bike, but RaceFace has the solution!

If you get this measurement would you post it? Bought my 2002 FLHTC used and was told it was lowered. Had the 11.5" rear shocks for sure and I want to know about the front-end too.

Well went down and measured another EG. The fairing to fender measurement onit was 5". Mine is 4". Took it by the dealer and they looked at it and said it was not lowered. Said the bike would sit up straighter on the jiffy stand if it had been. All to confusing. Just going to go with 12" shocks, but better ones than are on there now.

Measured mine after reading this post today and it measures 5" from the bottom f the fairing to the fender too. Makes me think yours was lowered an inch in the front.

I have 11.25" shocks on the back of mine and it still leans a lot when on the jiffy stand. I was concerned that it'd fall over easy but even with the bars all the way to the right it's stable.
