Default Master Cylinder Leak

I'm getting a strange leak now......brake fluid is leaking from my handlebars.....specifically from the spot where the throttle/switch housing clamps to the handlebars....there is a small leak of brake fluid that has started seeping between the two clamps that hold the throttle handles and switch housing to the handlebars.

Any particular reason why it would leak from that spot? Kind of a weird place to leak if you ask me.

It's probably the master cylinder fill cap leaking and just seeping to that area of the bars.

Or the seal where the plunger enters the body.
