Fork seals leaking still....?

Default Fork seals leaking still....?

Hey guys,
I replaced the tubes, seals and bushings on a Fatboy...I used something decent at least I think to get them down in there, I have a piece of pipe thats the same size....but there is still a leak....any thoughts?

Gotta be carefull when sliding the seal onto the tube. Use some fork oil on the lips of the seal and maybe even some on the tube. Some recommend clear packing tape over the end of the tube to help it on. I just carefully work the seal on, but you can't just push it onto the tube, you gotta angle the seal getting a third or so of the lip onto the tube then load seal to sort of stretch it onto the tube.

Drive the bushing in seaparately from the seal. I use a washer on top of the bushing when driving it in.

When driving the seal in, lightly lube the od of the seal and id of the slider. Make sure the tool you're using to drive in the seal contacts the seal closer to the OD of the seal, not the ID where the sealing lips are. Gotta get that seal in there straight too.
