Default How to figure out what length front end for custom frame

I just ordered my frame today, finally! Now I need to know how to figure out what length front end I need to get.

I ordered a Santee Down & Dirty Softail frame, 180 rear, 3" backbone stretch, 0" downtube stretch, and a 35 degree rake.

I want to put an FL springer on it (16" front wheel, for those who don't know), and a 16" rear wheel. As of now, I have nothing in front of me, but I should get the frame early next week. I could probably find a wheel and tire to mock up the rear end.

Sh*t, now that I think about it, I guess I kind of need to get my shocks first, too, so I can get even ride height front and rear... I should probably get bearing cups, too. Aren't you supposed to technically measure from the bottom of the cup to the front axle centerline?

Anyways, how should I go about figuring this out? I am so lost...
