Default 09' Wheels on a 08' FLHR? Is it Possible?

Has anybody tried to retrofit a 2009 Rear Wheel on a 08' Touring Bike? Will it work?

I think it's too wide and have heard that it rubs the belt. I have never done it, but sure like the looks of that wider tire in back. If you find out it works let me know.

It won't fit without a lot of $$$'s.
I've been wanting put a 180x16 rear tire on my '01 RKC. Your's will need a wider fender, but HD changed the FLH frame starting in '09, so the '08 and earlier fender parts won't fit. You'll need to go to 3rd party 180 kits, which cost around $2k for everything.
