Who has replaced fatboy wheels with others? Why?

Default Who has replaced fatboy wheels with others? Why?
I have a fatboy with stock wheels and want to know why you would purchase a fatboy if you were planning to replace the wheels. That is the reason I bought the bike. I love the way the wheels look. I would lke to get them chromed, but that is a story for another day.

I love the way they look too but like my chrome ones even better cause now cleaning them is like wiping out two big pie tins.

I am in the process of replacing my stock fatboy wheels with a polished solid 18 inch wheel on the front and back

I spin sanded, buffed and polished my wheels myself.
Contrary to myths, they take minimum maintenance to keep shiney.
