I had my calipers off last weekend when I took my front end apart. Well I think some little 9yr old munchkin squeezed by break lever while the calipers were off because the pistons were pushed way out. Popped off my resoviour cover and compressed the calipers back into position. Put the calipers back on. Squeezed the brake lever until the pads were tight on the rotors but I can hear them rubbing up there now. Will they adjust themselves after a while of what? I can hear them while riding.

 

I have had that happen before. Should go away as soon as they wear a little.

The pads need to be touching the rotor and will be audible .

 

Addendum: If pads are rubbing on the calipers,put some brake quiet on the BACK of the pads or in my case white lithium to quieten the "vibration"
