Has anyone ever replaced the wheel's roller bearings on a 1991 FLSTC to Sealed Bearings?

I may be wrong but I believe that the wheel bearings on a 91 would be 3/4"

I don't see why you couldn't. Take the old bearing with the numbers legible to an autoparts store and they should be able to cross match the size and thickness.

Simple. CCI, Drag, Jireh Cycles, JP and more carry a retrofit kit for all 99 and below wheels. Kit comes with two bearings you can press right in. You can even buy the kit with a new bearing spacer tube as well. Much cheaper and less hassle then dealing with races, bearings, seals, spacers and end play. If you need a part number let me know. www.chromethathog.com
