HD-41494 Tool
I'm gonna check the steering head bearings on my '06 Dyna. The Service Manual says to remove the steering stem cap with a HD 41494 "Hubcap Remover and Installer" tool. OK, I'll bite, what is this tool and what does it look like? Thanks.

Look in the front of the shop manual, mine has drawings of all the HD special tools with their part numbers.

It is a Band/Strap wrench used for removing the Springer Axle caps...
