Springer Front Conversion

Springer Front Conversion
Hello All,
I have a 2005 Deluxe that I wish to convert the front end to a springer style. I see tons of Springer front ends on EBAY, but realize there is more to it than a simple swap. I spoke to my local dealer, and they were not knowledgeable or helpful. Can anyone offer a list of items I would need to start this project? Riser conversion is necessary if I want to retain current set-up (actually I chopped my stock risers and put on 36" beach bars), but what about my current fender? Brakes? Axle specs compatible, or do I need a new front wheel? I'm sure I'm missing a lot. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

So, I've found out a couple of things so far. First, Custom Chrome has a conversion chart that shows how to measure the FL front end and translate that into the Springer measurements needed. Mine is 20-21 inches, which is borderline between 2-under and stock (22") springer. I also have found the riser conversion I will need to make the 3.5" clamp and risers I currently own work with 4.75" typical springer triple tree.
I've also discovered that most aftermarket springer fronts are threaded on both sides, which means my brakes won't be an issue. That leaves me with a couple of issues: first, will my stock front fender fit in a springer front, and second, what about my light bar, wiring, and headlight? Comments/advice welcomed.
