Default Pre-'00 vs. Post '00 wheels

I have read a lot of people asking the difference here of pre vs post '00 wheels. You CAN easily use post'00 wheels (at least up until 2003) on any '84-'99 Softail. Here is what you need:

-New style, sealed wheel bearings with your correct axle size
-New '00-up rotors (have wider mounting flange I believe)
-If changing the rear, New '00-up pulley (make sure you get the correct number of teeth/width)

After that, I have a question.

What is the O.D. size difference in the hub flange on the '99-down vs '00-down? I don't have a caliper, nor do I have a pre-'00 wheel to measure. Any help would be appreciated
