Had the same issue on my 2000 Fatboy. Replaced the pads with original HD pads and the squeek got no better. Just as an experiment I bought some organic pads off Ebay. Installed them in the rear and the squeek went away. I believe that OEM brake pads are "hard" and the organic ones I bought are softer. The organic pads cost 1/2 what the dealer charges. I'll probably have to change them more often but I can live with the cost. I couldn't live with the embarasing noise of squeeling brakes. By the way; I'm new here and have learned alot allready.
