Default Excessive Vibration

l have an '03 FLHRC and had a bad front motor mount. Replace it with a new one, vibrations were so bad could not ride the bike. Replace the new mount with a Buell mount (which in the same as the old one). Less vibration, but still have excessive vibration. Anyone have any suggestions on what the problem may be and any fixes?

Thanks

John

Default RE: Excessive Vibration

Try going through the engine alignment proceedure as outlined in the service manual, where you loosen all the motor mounts, run the motor and then torque all the bolts to spec.
