will road king air shocks work to lower fxr
i have 89 fxr and was told i could lower it using air shocks off bagger well i have a pair of brand knew air shocks never been used. do i just pull out the brass plug or what do i do to them if they will even work shocks are 13" if someone can help please helpiam not stupid but if you could explain in easy to understand way would help out alot thanks

The only way they will lower your bike is if they are shorter than your stock shocks. Measure each shock eye to eye and compare.
Even if they are shorter, who would want to bolt those ugly assed air shocks on a bike where they would be seen?

Heres a photo of the crappy China copy aftermarket12" air shocks from eBay with my 225lbs of weight on them at 22 psi. They sit at the same height as the original Low Rider 12" shocks when I'm not on the bike, and ride lower then my original Low Rider shocks with my weight on them.
